By requesting service, you certify that you have the legal right to access the property, vehicle, or safe in question. Grand Central Locksmith reserves the right to request proof of ownership or legal tenancy (such as a photo ID, deed, or registration) before performing any work. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.

Quotes: Over-the-phone estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the lock, the complexity of the security system, or unforeseen technical difficulties on-site.
-
Service Call Fee: A standard service call fee is charged for a technician to travel to your location. This fee is due even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the suggested repair or installation after the technician arrives.
3. Emergency Cancellations
Because we prioritize rapid response, our technicians are dispatched immediately for emergency calls. Cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of the initial request. Cancellations made after a technician has arrived on-site or is in transit may result in a "Cancellation Fee" equal to the standard service call charge.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Mobile Payments. For commercial accounts, net terms must be pre-approved in writing. Invoice payments are due upon completion of the work provided. For Commercial accounts invoices are due by the due date. A non-payment fee or percent may be applied to late payments.

Grand Central Locksmith makes every effort to use non-destructive entry methods. However, in cases of high-security hardware, mechanical failure, or damaged locks, drilling or destructive entry may be necessary. By agreeing to service, the customer acknowledges that minor cosmetic wear or necessary hardware replacement may occur during these procedures.
